The Ankudinovka Technopark is a Nizhny Novgorod high-technology technopark focused on supporting and developing innovative and high-tech companies. It operates in Nizhny Novgorod; its full official name is "Nizhny Novgorod High-Technology Technopark 'Ankudinovka.'"[1]

Activities

The technopark provides residents with office space and conference rooms on preferential terms, offers consulting support at every stage — from an idea to a functioning business — and helps in attracting financing, from private investors to federal grants. The technopark's infrastructure includes two facilities: a business center of more than 12,000 sq. m and a business incubator of more than 5,000 sq. m. The technopark's industry specialization covers information and communication technologies, instrument making, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, chemical and biomedical technologies, and the development of new materials. In the 2020s, its specialization also includes projects in robotics, unmanned technologies, the bioeconomy, and the adoption of artificial intelligence.[4][2] According to the technopark, since it began operations it has managed to attract more than 3 billion rubles for projects in Nizhny Novgorod Region.[1]

Residents can take part in consulting programs on developing technological entrepreneurship, use a personal account in the technopark's digital ecosystem, and also connect remotely, without being physically present on site.[1]

Federal Partnerships

Since 2015, the technopark has been the regional representative of the Foundation for Assistance to Innovation, and since 2019 the regional representative of the Skolkovo Foundation.[1] Under these mandates, the technopark supports Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs when they submit grant applications and helps with preparing documents for participation in federal support programs. The technopark's experience as a regional operator of Skolkovo was presented in 2026 at the strategic session of the Foundation's "School of Regional Operators" in Veliky Novgorod as one of the central topics.[1]

Events and Partners

Business and educational events are held regularly at the technopark: pitch training sessions for participants in the UMNIK program, roundtables for entrepreneurs, and educational programs. In April 2026, the technopark hosted a one-day entrepreneurship intensive for students, postgraduates, young scientists, and aspiring entrepreneurs. In April 2026, the venue also hosted a meeting on the results of the Nizhny Novgorod Region's industrial performance in 2025, led by Governor Gleb Nikitin.[1]

In July 2026, the technopark held a working meeting with representatives of NEYMARK University to discuss formats for cooperation.[1]

In 2017, 2018, and 2019, the Ankudinovka technopark was recognized as one of the most effective technoparks in Russia in the National Technopark Rating compiled by the Association of Clusters and Technoparks of Russia.[2]

The technopark hosts large federal-scale competitive events: among them, it hosted the final of a mass all-Russian robotics competition that drew about 900 participants from various regions of the country. In the XII National Rating of Russian Technoparks, the Ankudinovka technopark was placed in Category A — the group of leaders in investment attractiveness, which included 12 technoparks nationwide; 46 technoparks took part in the study, which was assessed on 37 indicators in six areas, including regional conditions, the experience of management companies, ecosystem development, and information openness. In 2026, the rating methodology was supplemented with indicators of digital maturity, the use of artificial intelligence and robotics, and residents' participation in national technological leadership projects. In 2026, the Ankudinovka technopark entered the top Category A of the National Technopark Rating for the second year in a row; the rating results were announced in Omsk by Yegor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.[5] As of 2026, the technopark had 42 residents; their sales over the first nine months of 2026 totaled 9.2 billion rubles.[4][3]
