Stanislav Fyodorovich Spitsyn (born May 12, 1940) is the head of the Main Directorate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and head of the "Banks and Banking" department at Lobachevsky University since 1993. Candidate of Economic Sciences, associate professor.
