After graduating from the institute, he was admitted to postgraduate study at the Department of Electrification of Industrial Enterprises of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute.
Places of work
He began his working life at 17 at a sugar factory in Kiev. In connection with the construction of the Gorky Automobile Plant, in 1933 he was sent to the city of Gorky. During the hard wartime years he was head of the power stations department, then deputy head of the fuel and energy industry department at the Gorky Regional Committee of the CPSU. From 1949 to 1996 he worked at NSTU. From 1957 to 1974 he was dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. From 1951 to 1987 he headed the Department of "Electric Drives and Automation of Industrial Installations".
