Under his leadership, extensive publications appear in the media (at district and regional level) of an informational and explanatory nature; various competitions for children on tax topics are developed and held; he oversees the implementation of a project to introduce a "Fundamentals of Tax Literacy" course into the school curriculum. In addition, the head of the inspectorate has a careful regard for the history of the Fatherland and of his native region. As a result, in 2002 the book "The Formation of the Tax Service of Gorodetsky District" was published under the general editorship of S. K. Mayorov.
Awards
He has received commendations from management for his major contribution to the establishment and development of the State Tax Inspectorate for Gorodetsky District. In addition, in 2000 the Health Administration of Gorodetsky District expressed gratitude for his warm, caring attention to the important field of maternal and child healthcare, and for substantial practical assistance in financing the repair and reconstruction of the maternity ward of City Hospital No. 1 in Zavolzhye. In 2001 he received a commendation from the administration and the Zemsky Assembly of Gorodetsky District for his contribution to the district's socio-economic development. In 2002 he received a letter of thanks from Gennady Khodyrev, Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, for his conscientious work for the benefit of the region.
