The Research Center for Monitoring and Diagnostics of Technical Systems (NITs KD) is a Nizhny Novgorod organization in the field of technical diagnostics, monitoring, and standardization, which has existed in several legal forms since 2004. It is located at 213a Moscow Highway, Nizhny Novgorod.[1][2]
Structure and legal forms
According to registry data, the organization exists in several legal forms. The closed joint-stock company "NITs KD" (INN 5259040095, OGRN 1045207344753) was registered on April 13, 2004; its charter capital is 200,000 rubles. At an earlier stage of its activity, the enterprise was called the OJSC "All-Russian Research Center for Monitoring and Diagnostics of Technical Systems"; during that period the post of first deputy general director for science was held by Vadim Arkadyevich Lapidus — later general director of the Nizhny Novgorod center "Priority" and a professor at the HSE University in Nizhny Novgorod.[7][1] An open joint-stock company under the same name was located at the same address, office 805.[4] In February 2015, the LLC "NITs KD" (INN 5259116040, OGRN 1155259000621) was registered, also located at 213a Moscow Highway; its general director is Valery Georgievich Sholkin, and its founders are Denis Olegovich Suetov (40%) and Evgeny Valeryevich Sholkin (60%).[3] In addition, there is the ANO (autonomous non-profit organization) "NITs KD", which runs the secretariat of a technical committee.[2]
Activities
The main areas of work are scientific research and development in the natural and technical sciences, technical regulation, standardization, metrology, and certification of products, services, and organizations.[1][3] The ANO "NITs KD" runs the secretariat of Technical Committee TC 183 for standardization in the field of technical diagnostics; the executive secretary of TC 183 is Igor Romanovich Shaynyak, director for standardization at the ANO "NITs KD". NITs KD runs the secretariat of the international technical committee TC108/SC6 "Vibration and Shock" and represents Russia in eight international technical committees for standardization.[5][2] Within TC 183 there is a special committee, TC 183/SC, which deals with a voluntary certification system for personnel in the field of technical diagnostics and vibration testing (measurements). Ten national technical committees for standardization are assigned to the NITs KD group of companies, within which state and interstate standards (GOST, GOST R) are developed.
RDC CD is an authorized representative of ROSSTANDART for the sale of official versions of standards, and also operates certification bodies for products, services, and quality management systems (ISO 9001; ISO/TS 16949), including a certification body for motor transport services. In March 2006, RDC CD organized a meeting of Technical Committee TC 358 "Acoustics," held on the premises of the Nizhny Novgorod Arktos plant; the acting executive secretary of the committee was Sergey Nikolayevich Arzamasov. TC 358 handles standardization in the field of noise, including methods of measuring it, studying its sources, and its effects on humans.[6][5][5][2]
RDC CD LLC is classified as a micro-enterprise (status assigned since August 2016), with 9 employees; the organization uses the simplified tax system.[3]
