Under her leadership the school developed the themes “Mastering Innovation as a Factor in Improving Professional Skill and Developing Students' Cognitive Activity” and “Introducing the Teacher Portfolio into School Practice and Using Information Technology in Lessons.” Author of publications on pedagogy and education in the journal Pedagogicheskoye Obozreniye (Pedagogical Review) (1997, 1998, 2005).

Holds the title “Honored Worker of General Education of the Russian Federation,” an Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; repeatedly recognized with certificates and diplomas from the Ministry of Education of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Department of Education and Social and Legal Protection of Childhood of Nizhny Novgorod, and with letters of gratitude from the Nizhny Novgorod city administration and the Regional Legislative Assembly.
