RBC — Nizhny Novgorod is the Nizhny Novgorod regional feed of the federal media holding RBC, available at nn.rbc.ru. The site has been captured in archive snapshots since at least 2016.[2] The feed has no imprint of its own: its content is published under the registration certificate of the federal news agency RBC.[1]

Structure and contents

The Nizhny Novgorod feed is built into the general navigation of rbc.ru as one of the regional sections, alongside the feeds of Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar Krai, Tatarstan, and other regions.[1] Users can switch to the Nizhny Novgorod section manually or by geolocation detection.[2] The feed's rubric structure matches the federal one: politics, economics, finance, business, technology and media, money, opinions.[1]

RBC-Nizhny Novgorod LLC

On January 13, 2014, a separate legal entity, RBC-Nizhny Novgorod LLC (OGRN 1145260000170, INN 5260375265), was registered in Nizhny Novgorod; its main line of business is listed as "news agency activities." The publication was founded in 2014; its editorial office was initially headed by Irina Moskvina, who owned the publication at the time.[4][3] The company's charter capital is 10 thousand rubles. According to Federal Tax Service data for 2025, the organization's revenue reached 13.5 million rubles, its net profit was 1.9 million rubles, and its average headcount was 3 employees.[3] The general director is Anna Viktorovna Popova (since October 2018), and the founder is Stanchev Ruslan Marsovich (since December 2016).[3] The company's registered address is 121 Maxim Gorky Street; previously the company was located at 37 Semashko Street.[3]

In September 2016, in partnership with the company EkOil-N, the RBC — Nizhny Novgorod TV channel was launched by Nadir Khafizov, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Nizhny Novgorod Region; in December of that year, Ruslan Marsovich Stanchev became the sole founder of RBC — Nizhny Novgorod LLC.[4]
