Poyushcheva Street, full name — "Street of Hero of the Soviet Union Poyushchev A.I.".

Poyushcheva Street begins at Lenin Avenue, crosses Ilicha Avenue, Kirov Street, Komsomolskaya Street, and ends where it transitions into Motorny Lane.

The street's development is varied. On the right side: the Glory Monument square (Eternal Flame), a boiler house, a vegetable depot, a two-story office building, garage cooperatives, and a railway branch line. At house 3a on Poyushcheva Street there was post office No. 4, documented in a photograph from 1982.[1] Residential buildings stand on the left side of the street and represent two types of construction — "yellow Stalinka" apartment buildings and brick five-story "Khrushchevka" blocks.
