Permyakova Street is a street in the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. It is part of the district's street network alongside Mineeva, Leskova, Prygunova, Starykh Proizvodstvennikov, Vedenyapina streets, Yuzhnoye Highway, and Orekhovskaya, Poyushcheva, and Krasnodontsev streets.

Location and infrastructure

The street is located in the southern part of the Avtozavodsky district. According to available information, the "GAZ Volunteer Tank Crew Museum 'Poisk'" (Search) is located at 18 Permyakova Street — an institution dedicated to Avtozavod workers who fought in tank units during the Great Patriotic War. The museum was founded by Vladimir Mikhailovich Zotov, a veteran of the Gorky Automobile Plant, and by 2015 had been operating for 25 years, receiving schoolchildren every Tuesday and Friday; over that time it has been visited by more than 70,000 schoolchildren.
