Molkov Oleg Anatolyevich (born April 23, 1966) — head of local self-government of the Kstovo District.
Education
Gorky Polytechnic Institute, qualification — "mechanical engineer"; second higher education degree in the specialty of "law" (2004).
Main facts of his career
He worked as a labor safety and occupational health engineer at Vehicle Depot No. 2 in Kstovo. His next position was chief mechanic at OOO "RENIK" in Kstovo. In 1992 he was appointed deputy director of the MUP PKKh municipal enterprise in Kstovo, and later headed the enterprise. In 1996 he was elected a deputy of the Kstovo District Zemstvo Assembly, and in 2002–2004 served as director of the MUP "Directorate of Municipal Amenities". From December 2004 he held the post of first deputy head of the Kstovo district administration.
