Novopokrovskoye is a village within Soviet District of Nizhny Novgorod.


The Novopokrovskoye cottage settlement is located 6 km from the center of Nizhny Novgorod and falls within the city limits, which entitles residents to a city residence registration. The settlement is separated from the main urban development by forested ravines; a forest and a lake are located nearby. The developer of the settlement is the company NovoDom, which has built more than 500 cottages in Nizhny Novgorod Region since 2012. The settlement has all main utilities: gas, water supply, sewerage, electricity, and high-speed fiber-optic internet; the roads are paved, and street lighting and waste collection are in place. The houses on offer range in area from 70 to 180 m² and include timber-frame, log-beam, and brick homes.
