Leading Vetluzhskiy District
In late 2006, Nizhegorodskaya Pravda, covering a visit to Vetluzhskiy District by Ilgar Mamedov, a deputy of the district Zemsky Assembly, referred to Nikolay Ivanovich Vildyaskin as head of the district administration. On that day, the Zemsky Assembly was approving the district budget, while Vildyaskin, together with Mamedov — chairman of the district political council of the United Russia party — was presenting party membership cards to staff of the district hospital [2].
In 2009, he was listed as head of local self-government of Vetluzhskiy District in the fifth edition of the biographical reference work "Who's Who in Nizhny Novgorod Region" [1].
