Tarbeev Mikhail Ivanovich (born November 9, 1918) — honorary citizen of the Borsky District, former head of the sports department of the city executive committee.

Participation on the region's team at Republican competitions, construction of sports halls, a skating rink, a ski jump, and the "Spartak" stadium. As a result, the district took first place in the region and in the RSFSR for outstanding achievements in strengthening the material and sports base.
