LLC "Meshcheryakov and Company" is a Nizhny Novgorod passenger bus carrier that has been operating since December 10, 2014. The company specializes in scheduled bus passenger transportation in urban and suburban service and operates a number of routes in Nizhny Novgorod.[1]

Operations

The main line of business is scheduled passenger transportation by bus (OKVED code 49.31.21). As of 2025, the average headcount was 99 employees, revenue reached 779.5 million rubles, and net profit was 7.4 million rubles.[1] The company's charter capital is 30,000 rubles. The company has been included in the Unified Register of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the "small enterprise" category since August 2016.[1]

The registered address is 22 Respublikanskaya Street, Building 3, Office 213, Nizhny Novgorod. The general director since December 2024 has been Aleksandr Dmitriyevich Grichkovsky. The company's founders are Dmitry Valeryevich Meshcheryakov (since its founding), Vladimir Sergeyevich Tikhomirov, and Fyodor Dmitriyevich Tsygankov (both since January 2024), each of whom owns a one-third share.[4]

Bus fleet renewal (2026)

In October 2026, the company received 25 new PAZ-320415-04 "Vector NEXT" buses in the "accessible environment" configuration: low-floor, with special handrails and spaces for securing wheelchairs.[2] The vehicles were delivered by the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) under the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and a program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.[3] In total, on that same day GTLK sent 130 Russian-made buses to ten regions of the country; Nizhny Novgorod Region ranked second by size of shipment after Moscow Region, which received 30 units.[2]

Once the paperwork is completed, the buses were planned to be put into service on routes No. 32, 34, 75, 81, and 88 by the end of November 2026.[3]
