Co-authored a management model for a school educational system of the adaptive type, and introduced a technology of mediated management of the process of shaping and developing a schoolchild's personality.

Badge "Отличник народного просвещения" ("Distinguished Worker of Public Education"), Commendation from the Ministry of Public Education of the RSFSR for extensive creative work on updating the content of education, improving teaching and upbringing methods, and restructuring the management of public education institutions (1990). Two-time laureate of the Nizhny Novgorod Prize (2002, 2005) for the implementation of the "School of Cultures" project and the "Ilyinskaya Sloboda" megaproject.
