Lomakina Lyubov Sergeyevna (born January 2, 1949) is a professor of the Department of Computing Systems and Technology at Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev named after R.A. Alekseev. Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor.

She defended her candidate's dissertation in 1981 at Taganrog Radio Engineering University, and defended her doctoral dissertation there in 1993, "Theory of Testability of Structurally Connected Technical and Technological Objects and Optimization of Algorithms for Their Synthesis." A protégée of the scientific school of Professor V.I. Sagunov and a follower of the scientific schools of corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences P.P. Mathematical modeling of diagnostic problems. She develops the scientific field of diagnostic and information-retrieval systems. Author of 200 published scientific works.
