Shornikov Leonid Ivanovich

Shornikov Leonid Ivanovich (b. January 28, 1957) — head of the Volga Customs Administration since 2004. Head of the "Customs Affairs" department at Lobachevsky University.

First deputy head of the Siberian Customs Administration, head of Novosibirsk Customs, deputy head of Krasnodar Customs; 1981-1990 — full-time party and Komsomol work.
