OOO ChOO "Fakel NN" is a private security enterprise, a member of the coordination council under the Internal Affairs Directorate (UVD) of Nizhny Novgorod Region.

"Fakel NN" has more than 300 employees on its staff; the company provides reliable security for over 600 sites in Nizhny Novgorod Region.

It owns office premises of 100 and 200 square meters with an armory room and a sufficient quantity of firearms; the company's employees are licensed to carry out security activities with firearms.

OOO ChOO "Fakel NN" holds a license to carry out non-state (private) security activity No. O-587, issued by the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs (GUVD) of Nizhny Novgorod Region on 07.12.2010.

Our company includes the security and technical bureau "Flagman" (license 2/25378, issued by the Main Directorate of the State Fire Service on 20.06.2008).

The company owns 15 vehicles bearing the security company's identification markings, equipped with fixed communication equipment. An armed security patrol consists of 2 specially trained employees, armed with SAIGA-410K smoothbore carbines and IZH-71 pistols, equipped with personal protective equipment and special equipment. Weapons are stored in a specially equipped armory room located in our office. Radio communication with mobile groups is carried out on dedicated frequencies using trunked radiotelephone system equipment, which prevents other correspondents from working on these frequencies, thereby increasing its reliability and stability. The frequencies are allocated to our company under an agreement concluded with ZAO "TRK-NN". All radio stations are equipped with equipment for encrypting communications over open channels.

The response time of a group arriving at a site does not exceed 5 minutes.

The patrol includes an on-duty technician responsible for the fail-safe operation of automatic security and fire alarm systems.

Equipment is installed on site that monitors the status of security and fire alarm loop sensors and transmits alarm and service messages to the central monitoring console in real time. If power is cut off at the site, the security system remains operational for more than a day thanks to a built-in backup power source. Certified equipment is used when building a security alarm system.

Panic buttons and key fobs are used when an emergency call for armed security is needed.

In the event of unauthorized entry into protected premises, information is instantly transmitted over the radio channel to the central monitoring console, fully reflecting the time and place of entry, which entails immediate measures to detain the intruders by an armed mobile security patrol.
