"KSK Stroy" was a Nizhny Novgorod construction company that operated under several legal entities with different registration histories. The earliest recorded organization of this name was registered on December 31, 2002, in the Sovetsky District of Nizhny Novgorod at 41 Belinsky Street, and was subsequently liquidated.[3] The second entity of the same name, LLC "KSK-Stroy" (INN 5263095925), was registered on November 30, 2012, in the Sormovsky District at 3 Efremova Street, and was struck off the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRYuL) on September 2, 2021, on the grounds that the information about the legal entity was unreliable.[1] In addition, the registers list an organization of the same name (INN 5219383219), registered on April 17, 2012 and still operating.[2]

Activities

The company "KSK Stroy," presented on the website stroiksk.ru, positioned itself as a contractor on the construction market since 2015. According to the website, over the course of its operations the company completed more than 50 projects and was a partner of major Russian developers and construction organizations, including PIK, NDV, Heliport, GVSU, Soyuz Marins Group, and FSK Lider.[4] The company claimed to offer a full cycle of services: construction, reconstruction, utility network installation, and design, as well as warranties on completed work ranging from 2 to 5 years.[4]

The legal entity with INN 5263095925 was engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings (OKVED 41.2), electrical installation and plumbing work, and finishing and specialized construction work. Its charter capital was 10,000 rubles; the director and one of the two founders from the time of registration was Alexander Ivanovich Sevastyanov, and the other founder was Anatoly Gennadyevich Kruglov.[1] According to its financial statements for 2019, the organization's revenue and net profit fell to zero, and its assets amounted to 298 thousand rubles.[1]

As of 2024, the organization with INN 5219383219 had an active contract worth 535,500 rubles; among its customers was the I. A. Soya Sports School of the Olympic Reserve for Modern Pentathlon and Equestrian Sports.[2]
