Activities
The company carries out comprehensive automation projects on the K2 platform for large Russian corporations. In October 2022, K2RU LLC completed work on developing and rolling out the Administrative and Facilities Services (AFS) Portal for PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel: dozens of automated services at the head office were supplemented with more than 40 services for the Polar Division and JSC Kola MMC.[1] The system is built on a "single window" principle and provides centralized intake of requests for administrative and facilities services, real-time status tracking, and integration with a chatbot. The expected effect of the implementation is a reduction in request processing time for facilities management, administrative management, and document storage of at least 20%.[1]
Recognition
On May 25, 2023, at the "BPM Project of the Year 2023" competition, held by ABPMP Russian Chapter with the support of the IT Cluster of the Skolkovo Foundation and the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation, the project "Comprehensive Business Process Automation on the K2 Platform," developed by K2RU LLC for PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, received a laureate's diploma. More than 50 projects took part in the 2023 competition, including entries from Alfa-Bank, VTB, Gazprom Neft, Russian Railways, Rosatom, the Moscow Exchange, X5 Group, and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. K2RU itself was awarded a special partner-of-the-laureate diploma.[1]
