Key facts of her career
In 1999 she defended her candidate's dissertation on "Improving the taxation of commercial banks." She worked as a junior research fellow at the Research Department of the Plekhanov Institute of the National Economy. In 1993–1994 she was director of the public organization "International Guild of Brokers." From 1994 to 1998 she successively held the posts of deputy branch manager at Balchug commercial bank, branch manager at Suprimexbank, and receiver (insolvency administrator) at RATO-bank. In 1996–1998 she was an adviser to the deputy chairman of the board of Oneximbank. In 1998–1999 she was deputy chairman of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for the Support and Development of Small Business, and in 1999–2001 deputy Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai and chairwoman of the committee for the management of state property. She later worked as head of the property and land relations department of the Presidential Property Management Directorate of the Russian Federation.
