«INFORIS» was a Nizhny Novgorod Nizhny Novgorod Internet, active at least from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. It is known chiefly as the hosting provider for a number of sites in the Nizhny Novgorod domain nnov.ru.

Activity

No later than 1998, «INFORIS» hosted and technically maintained the website of the Arzamas Machine-Building Plant (amz.nnov.ru). The earliest surviving archived snapshot of the page is dated 25 January 1999; a visit counter on the page recorded its launch on 25 February 1998, indirect evidence of when the cooperation with the plant began. The footer of the home page carried the copyright notice «Copyright © 1994–1998 Интернет-центр "ИНФОРИС"» and the webmaster address webmaster@inforis.ru.

The plant's website ran in the Nizhny Novgorod domain nnov.ru from at least 1998 to 2003 with support from «INFORIS».
