tz-nn.ru is the website of the interregional chain of orthopedic salons "Tekhnika Zdorovya" (Health Technology): an online store of orthopedic goods and medical equipment in Nizhny Novgorod with delivery across Russia [1][2]. The chain has roughly 30 salons, and its team, according to the company, has grown from three to more than one hundred people since 2002 [2].

History

The domain tz-nn.ru was registered in May 2009 [3]. The earliest surviving copy of the site in the web archive dates from May 27, 2010: the site published company and site news, special offers, and a "Useful Information" section with articles on vitamins, osteochondrosis, and flat feet [4]. The news reported the opening of a new salon in April 2010 and a promotion in December 2009, when nitrate levels in food products were measured free of charge at all Tekhnika Zdorovya salons; the footer carried a credit to the site's developer, Smart Systems [4].

In January 2015 the site offered a choice of city: in Nizhny Novgorod Region — Nizhny Novgorod, Balakhna, Dzerzhinsk, Zavolzhye, and Pavlovo; in Chuvashia — Cheboksary and Novocheboksarsk; as well as Kaluga, Izhevsk, and Votkinsk [5]. Besides the catalog, the site offered free consultations with an orthopedist and a phlebologist, rental of rehabilitation equipment, orthopedic footwear departments, a discount program, and information on compensation for purchased orthopedic products [5].

In 2017, the "About the Company" page described Tekhnika Zdorovya as 33 retail stores in three regions — Nizhny Novgorod Region, Chuvashia, and Udmurtia — plus an online store [6]. It also stated that the chain's outlets carried no dietary supplements or unverified alternative-medicine products, and that some of the sales staff had medical training; the company stressed that its outlets measure a customer's physiological data and select a product individually [6]. In 2018, the home page became the online store's catalog, with a choice of the customer's city [7].

Site content

The current "About the Company" page still describes Tekhnika Zdorovya as an interregional chain of orthopedic salons and reports about 30 salons and an online store [2]. The stores page lists 24 salons: 8 in Nizhny Novgorod, one each in Balakhna, Bogorodsk, Bor, Dzerzhinsk, Zavolzhye, and Pavlovo, five in Cheboksary and Novocheboksarsk, and five in Izhevsk [9]. The site's catalog includes orthopedic products, medical equipment, and rehabilitation aids, as well as sections for cosmetics and "Vitamins and Dietary Supplements" [1]. Among its services, the site lists free consultations with doctors, state compensation, custom-made insoles, and an electronic certificate for technical rehabilitation aids; the details of the Nizhny Novgorod office are those of an individual entrepreneur [2].

Place in the city's internet

The Web Archive holds snapshots of the site for every year from 2010 to 2026 [4]. According to the NN Top100 traffic ranking of Nizhny Novgorod sites, as of October 6, 2026, tz-nn.ru ranks 64th, with about 3,000 visitors a month [8].
