Igor Leonidovich Gordeyev (born June 3, 1962, Gorky) is a deputy of the Regional Legislative Assembly of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast of the VII convocation (2021-2026), member of the "United Russia" faction, and general director of Grand-NN LLC [1][2] — the largest coffee producer in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast [3]. Biography
He was born on June 3, 1962, in Gorky. In 1981 he graduated from the Gorky Machine-Building Technical College with a qualification of technician-technologist, and in 2009 from R. E. Alekseev Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University [1][2].
From 1981 to 1992 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR. From 1993 to 1999 he was director of Erg LLP, from 1999 to 2005 director of TD Grand LLC, and since 2005 he has been general director of Grand NN LLC [1][2]. From 2015 to 2021 he was a deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Bor городской округ (municipal district) (terms 2015-2020 and 2020-2021) [1][2].
Outside parliament
Grand-NN is the largest coffee producer in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, with a factory in Kstovo; it works with the MacCoffee and Tchibo brands and major retail chains. Gordeyev owns 62% of the company's assets [3].
Besides the coffee business, he has built up an agricultural holding: JSC "Lindovskaya Poultry Farm — Breeding Plant" in Bor, the Lenin and Pushkin breeding farms, and the "Fermersky Dvorik" ("Farmer's Yard") chain of stores [3].

Conflict over odors from the Kstovo factory
Since late 2019, residents of the old part of Kstovo — about 12,000 people live within the affected zone — have complained of suffocating odors from the Grand-NN coffee factory: headaches, nausea, and attacks in asthmatic children. Rospotrebnadzor (the consumer-protection and health-oversight agency) carried out more than 30 air measurements and found nothing hazardous: Russian law sets no standards for foul-smelling substances.
