Esin Boris Ivanovich (born March 24, 1952) — president of OAO "Trud" in the town of Vacha. Until December 2006 he held the post of Minister of Industry and Innovation of the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region.

1970-1972 — military service. He began his working life as a foreman at the Gorky Metallurgical Plant. From 1980 to 1986 — chief engineer of the "Trud" production association, town of Vacha. From 1986 to 1987 — general director of the Kazakovo Jewelry Production Association. From 1987 to 1992 — director of PO "Trud". From 1992 to 2005 — general director of OAO "Trud". On September 13, 2005 he was appointed Minister of Industry and Innovation of Nizhny Novgorod Region. Awarded the medal "For Labor Valor" and the Order of Friendship. Candidate of Economic Sciences.
