The grounds were excess levels of mold and yeast, identified in laboratory tests for compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union.[1] A similar violation was found at another Nizhny Novgorod producer, LLC "Bezhin Lug".[1] In total, within the same inspection procedure, Rosselkhoznadzor revoked five declarations for dairy products of Nizhny Novgorod companies.[1]
Information about the revoked declaration was entered into the register of the Federal Accreditation Service. The company was issued an official warning against violating the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation. The regional office of Rosselkhoznadzor stated that products with excess mold and yeast levels may pose a threat to consumers' health.[1]
