Anatoly Alexandrovich Kozeradsky (born March 3, 1948) is a long-serving Nizhny Novgorod political heavyweight, Chief Federal Inspector for the Nizhny Novgorod Region of the Presidential Administration in the Volga Federal District since March 2002, and a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

1979-1983 – Vyksa Steel Works (roller operator, senior engineer of the central factory laboratory, chairman of the trade union factory committee); 1983-1985 – Vyksa city executive committee (deputy chairman); 1985-1986 – Gorky regional committee of the CPSU (instructor), Pervomaisky district committee of the CPSU (1st secretary); 1990-1994 – Vyksa city executive committee (chairman), head of the Vyksa district administration. In 1994 he was elected chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and re-elected in 1998. Since January 1996 he has been a member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, elected deputy chairman of the Federation Council's committee on economic policy. Member of the Federation Council, deputy chairman of the Federation Council's committee on economic policy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (until 2002). With his direct involvement, a number of legislative acts were drafted and adopted in the field of economics, regulating relations in real estate, road construction, appraisal, and real-estate brokerage activity, as well as in the field of federal and regional policy.
