Key Facts of Activity
Began his career in 1972 as a mechanic at the Vorotynsky Repair and Construction Directorate. In 1986, he was appointed head of the Vorotynsky Repair and Construction Directorate of the "Gorkyoblremstroy" trust. In 1987, he completed advanced training courses at the Volgograd Civil Engineering Institute with a grade of "excellent". In 1993–1996, the enterprise was incorporated and became OJSC "Vorotynskoye RSU Nizhegorodgrazhdanstroy" (Vorotynsk Repair and Construction Directorate of Nizhny Novgorod Civil Construction). He was elected by the workforce and appointed director. Since 1996, he has been a deputy of the Vorotynsky District Zemsky Assembly. Since 2005, he has been chairman of the Vorotynsky District Zemsky Assembly.

Awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class, and given the title "Honorary Citizen of the Vorotynsky District" (2001).
