Shikhov Kim Ivanovich (born May 5, 1932) — teacher at the municipal supplementary education institution "Children's School of Arts No. 18" of the Avtozavodsky District of the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Honored Artist of Russia.
A well-known and respected Nizhny Novgorod artist, member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1967, a regular participant in art exhibitions. Shikhov's works are held in museums, art galleries and private collections in Russia, the USA, Belgium, Italy, Germany, and Greece.
Achievements
Awarded the Order "For Contribution to Education," the medal "For Distinguished Labor," laureate of the Nizhny Novgorod City Prize (2001), laureate of the prize named after Academician I.N. Blokhina (2003).
The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Nizhny Novgorod" was awarded by Resolution No. 124 of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod dated June 25, 2008.
